About Planning Gain Finance

We arrange planning gain finance for developers, land promoters and landowners across the UK. When a site has planning upside, whether consent is granted, in progress or still a plan, we source short-term and structured debt secured against the land so you can control it while the value is being made.

What we do

We work with whole-of-market specialist lenders to find terms that fit the site, the planning position and your exit. Because the value of land moves sharply with consent, we spend our time on the detail that lenders care about: the current and expected value, the planning strategy and timescale, and a credible route to refinance or sale.

How we work

Tell us the current value or purchase price, the planning position and your timescale. We come back with indicative terms at no charge, then place the case with the lenders whose criteria fit.
